For over 20 years, I have been dedicated to providing care within the local community of Devon. My journey began as a part-time carer and, through hard work and passion for the sector, I progressed to Care Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Manager, and eventually Operations Manager overseeing four branches across Devon. Throughout my career, one thing has always remained at the heart of everything I do — ensuring that every client is cared for as if they were family. It has always been my mission that every individual feels valued, respected, and truly cared for. Working in the care sector also opened my eyes to another essential truth: the wellbeing and recognition of care staff are just as important as the care we provide. Carers deserve to be respected for their dedication, compassion, and the remarkable difference they make every single day. When I decided to step away from a much-loved role, my dream was to create a care company where everyone — clients, families, and staff — felt genuinely cared for and supported. In 2021, I met my now business partner, Brian Webber, a successful entrepreneur who shared my vision and enthusiasm. After discussing my business plan and our shared values, our partnership was born — marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter. We opened our doors in June 2022, and since then, we have continued to grow, building an exceptional reputation within the local community. Our outstanding team — many of whom have worked alongside me for years — have been the cornerstone of our success. Today, more than ever, we remain committed to shining in the care sector, delivering the highest quality of care, and showing sincere appreciation to our incredible team who make a difference in people’s lives every single day.
