What We Offer
We pay per shift – all gaps are fully covered.
Standard shifts are 7:00am–2:00pm and 4:00pm–9:00pm, but we offer flexibility to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance.
£13.00 per hour on weekdays and £14.00 per hour at weekends.
Team members work alternate weekends on varied shifts.
Bank holidays and special days are paid at an advanced rate.
Workplace pension scheme available.
We cover the cost of your DBS check and uniform.
Full Care Certificate training provided, along with excellent, hands-on training to ensure you’re fully equipped to deliver safe, high-quality care.
